Privacy Policy
This page describes what this website actually collects, not what websites usually collect. Every item in it is taken from the contact form itself and from the database, and can be verified.
What this website collects
The website collects nothing about you unless you send the contact form yourself. Browsing the pages creates no record of you.
When you send the form, these fields alone are sent:
- Name, a required field.
- Email address, a required field.
- Message, a required field.
- Company name, optional, and left empty if you do not write it.
- Job title, optional.
- Mobile number, optional.
- Service of interest, a choice from a list, or nothing.
- The address of the page you sent the form from, so the context of your request is known.
What happens to it after sending
Two things happen, and no third:
- It is stored in this website's database as an internal record that is not shown to any visitor, and cannot be reached except with an administrator account on the site.
- A copy is sent to GRAVON's mailbox at info@gravon.sa, with the reply address set to yours so that a reply reaches you directly.
What this website does not collect
These are not general promises. Every item is measured on the site as published today:
- Your IP address is not stored with your message.
- Your browser type and operating system are not stored.
- The site places no cookie on your device unless you are signed in as an administrator. The count is zero.
- There are no advertising networks and no cross-site tracking on any page.
- No file is loaded from any other domain. The fonts, images and stylesheets all come from gravon.sa itself, so no third party learns that you visited this site.
- Visits are counted on GRAVON's own server by a self-hosted tool, without cookies, and with the last two parts of your IP address removed before it is stored, so nothing left behind points to a device or a household. None of these figures leave the server and none reach an analytics company. The raw visit records are deleted after twelve months; only the totals remain.
- Your data is not sold and not shared for marketing purposes, with no party inside the Kingdom or outside it.
The other parties your browsing passes through
One only, and it should be stated plainly:
- Hosting: the site and its email are hosted with Hostinger, which by virtue of that processes data on GRAVON's behalf.
Retention: twelve months
Your message is kept for twelve months from the date you send it, then deleted automatically.
The deletion is actually carried out by a scheduled job that runs daily on the site, not promised on this page. It covers the message and every field attached to it, and does not pass through the trash: the record is removed from the database permanently.
You may ask for it to be deleted before that period ends, at any time.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You may ask for any of the following, and a single email to info@gravon.sa from the address you wrote from is enough:
- To know what is held about you.
- To receive a copy of it.
- To have what is wrong in it corrected.
- To have all of it deleted.
The legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis of your own request to be contacted, and in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.
This page describes the site as it is today. If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and its date changes. Last updated: 8 September 2026.
